DMV Stretch is a full service Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and massage therapy business founded in 2011 by Sarah Cruikshank. Sarah is a Maryland state licensed massage therapist and has received a Level 3 FST specialized certification by the Stretch to Win Institute.

Let DMV STRETCH stretch out your entire body! Neck, shoulders, arms, back, hamstrings, quads, calves, etc. It's a busy world we live in and who has the time to properly stretch themselves these days. Unlike regular assisted stretching offered at your local gym or spa, FST is a certified modality that targets the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal flexibility, strength and performance, all while relieving pain.

This is the most popular service offered. Get treated like the PROS! Mix a half body FST session (most people do a lower body stretch which targets hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads) with a half body massage. You pick the pressure: light work, medium, or deep tissue. An example session would include, your lower body stretched then spending the remaining time on a specific area like the back or your legs. This service is 1 hour and 30 minutes. *Cupping and/or scraping included
